SunTec™ Technology
First, the lightweight EPS core is reinforced with two 5mm wood stringers for stiffness and torsional rigidity. Next, the board is shaped and hand-laminated with fiberglass (6oz bottom / 12oz deck) and a durable IXPE bottom sheet to prevent scratches. Tough EVA rail guards are added all around for strength and durability with bomber EVA guards at the nose and tail for extra protection. Finally, the deck is finished with a full PE deck pad for comfort and performance.
